Both posts come amid the actress’health and fitness journey, which she began last fall, alongside her husbandRoss Burningham.
On Feb. 24, she shared anInstagram carouseltelling fans and followers that she and Burningam, 56, began their health journey on Oct. 26, 2023.
“I made a commitment to myself to get healthier,” shewrote on Instagram. “I really want to share, because we did this without relying on a pharmaceutical. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.) But neither of us were prediabetic and both of us felt like we wanted to at least try and do it on our own.”
As the two continue on this path, Lake shared how she was “worried” that her “perimenopause” body “would not drop the lbs like it had in the past.” However, Lake was able to reach her goal weight on Feb. 24.
“I am so so proud of us. I feel amazing. I feel strong,” she wrote. “I will go in depth in another post of what I did exactly, but suffice to say this is the healthiest way I’ve lost weight in all of my years.”
