Part of the multi-level property’s unique draw comes from its exterior, and its current layout, which is configured as four income-producing rentals.
Each unit at 112 Waverly Place has large windows, private outdoor space, and wood-burning fireplaces. The building also features new foundations, reinforced steel, and updated plumbing and electricity throughout.

Others who have called the neighborhood home include numerous celebrities and artists, like playwright, essayist, and advocate for justice Lorraine Hansberry, perCorcoran’s website.
