OnInstagram, Curtis revealed that her trip to Los Angeles for her presenting gig was very short. She shared her brief checklist: “FLY IN. GET FLUFFED AND FOLDED. PRESENT AT OSCARS. GO TO @inandout_burger. FLY AWAY.”
Curtis, whowon her first Oscarlast year for her role inEverything Everywhere All at Once, shared photos of herself in a car, her In-N-Out drive-up server and her order in her seat’s cupholder. It included fries, a burger and a soda.
“The award show tradition is In-N-Out after the show,”Oscars host Jimmy Kimmel explained to PEOPLEon March 2. “And I think part of why is because when people are in L.A., one of the things on their list is to go to In-N-Out — and there are a lot of people that are in L.A. just for the Oscars — so they wind up going like, ‘Okay.’ "
“Also, you get very hungry, so In-N-Out is definitely the award show tradition,” Kimmel, who hosted the award show for the fourth time Sunday night, added. “Nothing against McDonald’s, but on award show night, it’s In-N-Out.”
